Our Programs

Each contribution to Cell Phones For Soldiers provides military members with precious talk time through our Minutes That Matter program, and it gives each qualified veteran a cellular device to assist with employment, contacting loved ones and communicating with veteran resources.

Cell Phones For Soldiers Mobile: Veteran Phone Application

Cell Phones for Soldiers Mobile is a program that will provide veterans with a free phone and year of paid phone service. By partnering with an MVNO, we are able provide an affordable monthly plan to give back to our heroes at home. We want to make it easy to connect with loved ones, seek employment opportunties and contact veteran resources. If you are a veteran or representing a veteran, please select the button below and fill out the form. You will be notified when your phone is ready to go.

*Please be advised this is a needs-based program for low income and at-risk veterans. There is a high demand and we are currently working new applications as resources allow and ask for your patience.

Minutes That Matter: International Minutes

Since 2004, our Minutes That Matter program has had a simple mission: to help troops call home at no charge. More than 400 million minutes of free talk time have been provided by sending more than 5 million calling cards to servicemen overseas.

Request free talk time for your troops.
